Product Manager Position will drive the development and commercialization of Lumendi devices for existing and new market opportunities in gastroenterology and surgery.

  • Identify applications and determine US. market potential for Lumendi product opportunities in GI and Surgery.
  • Drive development of Lumendi products to meet the needs of the approved markets and serve as the voice of the sales and end user customer to the product development and engineering teams.
  • Develop and execute the launch and post launch commercial strategies including collaboration with Clinical Affairs to complete clinical studies that demonstrate the clinical and economic value of Lumendi products.
  • Collaborate with sales management and clinical to develop and deliver internal and external training programs including all support materials
  • Foster with sales and clinical the development of key opinion leading clinicians and hospital administrators.
  • Manage the development and delivery of all collateral sales materials including those that are web based and those directed at patients.
  • Remain well informed about current industry trends, competition and competitive issues.
  • Work with key management personnel to implement hospital and clinician reimbursement strategies for product applications
  • Develop and manage all forecasts, budgets and on-going reporting

  • Provide expertise, education and support to the sales team to increase their knowledge and understanding of Lumendi devices.
  • Provides clinical training to physicians, nurses, technicians and other customers on the proper use of Lumendi endolumenal devices.
  • Provide extended customer support and training after product purchase and establishes and maintains relationships with physicians, nursing management and personnel and other associated personnel at the customer level.
  • Identify and correct any device related issues.
  • Support internal and external education courses/programs and activities related to the clinical usage of Lumendi endolumenal devices.
  • Participate at meetings, shows and conventions as required, to demonstrate and promote Lumendi endolumenal devices.
  • Support the clinical evaluation of new product development.
