February 1, 2025:
Lumendi once again participated in the Advanced Hands-On Therapeutic Endoscopy Course, a quarterly training program led by Dr. Sergey Kantsevoy at the Institute for Digestive Health and Liver Disease in Baltimore. Dr. Kantsevoy, a long-standing and loyal Lumendi user, has incorporated DiLumen® into his advanced endoscopic practice for years, making these sessions an invaluable opportunity to introduce the platform to the next generation of GI specialists.
The course provided hands-on training for advanced GI fellows and experienced endoscopists, focusing on key therapeutic techniques such as endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR), endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), and endoscopic suturing. With direct exposure to DiLumen in real-world applications, these emerging experts gained critical experience with our technology in a collaborative, multi-industry setting.
Lumendi has been actively involved in these weekend courses for the past four to five years, solidifying our presence alongside FujiFilm, Boston Scientific, and Olympus. This cross-industry collaboration demonstrates how DiLumen seamlessly integrates with leading endoscopic tools, reinforcing its value in both clinical and commercial settings. As we continue engaging with physicians through training and education, we remain focused on expanding adoption and positioning our technology as an essential component of advanced endoscopic procedures.
With investor interest in endoluminal innovation and potential acquisition opportunities growing, our ongoing participation in these programs highlights Lumendi’s ability to drive clinical adoption and build strong industry partnerships. The next course is scheduled for April, and we look forward to further strengthening our relationships with both future and established leaders in the field.
