The Clinical Specialist of Education and Training will work with surgical and endoscopic professionals and GI and
colorectal physicians to educate them on proper use of Lumendi products. The Specialist will be responsible for field training at selected sites in the US. The role will also include the design and implementation of training for sales associates and distributors globally.
- Develop educational programs for Clinicians, Sales associates and Distributors which may encompass course
content, dry models, wet models, porcine and cadaveric models - Identification of training needs, helping establishing faculty, locating labs, procuring all equipment, filling
courses with ‘qualified’ surgeons and gastroenterologists and tracking course results - Organize and Manage proctorships and training workshops as needed
- Help Establish, vet and develop local surgeon and GI champions for course faculty and proctorships
- Oversee educational courses including: new product launches, conducting team training, assessing
competence and tracking progress - Collaborate with Marketing to develop Course Brochures and other necessary materials
- Manage other Clinical Educators if delegated to do so by the Director of Training.
- Proctor clinical cases for new device users when necessary
- Prepares educational presentations with advanced skills in PowerPoint and digital media that confirm to
country regulatory requirements and device labeling - Participate and lead when requested in product development labs
