Regional Sales Manager-East

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the East with a successful record of accomplishment in introducing innovative technology in the surgical and medical interventional space. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 8+ years with proven competency in clinically selling and marketing disruptive technologies, preferably in gastroenterology, endoscopy, and/or surgery.

Responsibilities include generating revenue for Lumendi products in the Eastern US (New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and Washington D.C.).  Providing quality service and support for Lumendi customers.  Representing Lumendi in a positive and ethical manner.

  • Meet or exceed sales quota in assigned region.
  • Adhere to Lumendi policies and code of conduct in an ethical manner.
  • Work in collaboration with the V.P. Sales to develop and implement regional business plans designed to achieve sales quota.
  • Support ongoing product training and in-servicing of all Lumendi products during procedures and in-between cases with physicians, nurses, and techs.
  • Build and maintain sustainable strategic relationships in targeted accounts (clinical and non-clinical customers).
  • Communicate market intelligence to the V.P. Sales and V.P. Marketing of competitors’ new product offerings, pricing strategies, and merchandizing practices in the assigned region.
  • Complete and submit all administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (CRM, expense reports, and vacations).
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed by the V.P. Sales and home office.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of Lumendi’s product offerings, competitors, and local market changes.
  • Perform all other essential duties as assigned.

Lumendi is a private equity-backed start-up company based in Westport, CT, positioned for enormous growth and is looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic to contribute significantly to the expansion of the business.
