Late Registration
Online registration closes September 13. If you’d like to register after September 13, register on-site at the conference or contact the TSGE office at (512) 677-6672.
Cancel Registration
Registration is open until September 13, 2026. TSGE must receive cancellation notice by that date for a refund. A $25 processing fee applies. Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation notice. Partial registration is not offered.

Fellows Housing Stipend: $300 (one day) / $450 (two days) / $600 (three days, must attend Fellow Symposium). You MUST check in at the registration desk each day you attend — no exceptions. Stipends mailed post-conference in 4–6 weeks.
Target Audience
Gastroenterologists, endoscopists, GI nurses, technicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and others who treat patients for gastrointestinal conditions.
Ethics
The September 20 presentation fulfills 1 hour of ethics and/or professional responsibility required for Texas licensure.
Business Meeting
Saturday’s business meeting luncheon includes a brief TSGE business meeting and presentation of the Marcel Patterson – Robert Nelson Award.
Continuing Medical Education: This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the ACCME through the joint providership of the Texas Medical Association (TMA) and TSGE. TMA is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. TMA designates this live activity for a maximum of 11.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
Continuing Nursing Education: Submitted to Montana Nurses Association for approval to award contact hours. Montana Nurses Association is accredited with distinction as an approver of continuing nursing education by the ANCC’s Commission on Accreditation. No contact hours will be awarded for Friday. This activity has also been submitted for pharmacotherapeutic hours.
