Review the indications and currently available techniques for endoscopic piecemeal (EMR) and en bloc resection (ESD) of GI tract lesions and to review the use of endoscopic suturing devices and their practical applications for correcting obesity, fixing stents, closing perforations, fistulas, and other indications.
