Video-Digest is a medical training meeting which is based on endoscopy demonstrations broadcast live from a center selected on precise specifications and strict ethical rules. During endoscopy demonstration sessions broadcast live, operators selected on their expertise and pedagogical qualities will carry out diagnostic and interventional endoscopy and will present all the technological innovations of endoscopy and new endotherapy equipment.

This is a unique and innovative 1 1/2 day master class and hands on workshop on advanced procedures in interventional endoscopy. Interventional endoscopy has traditionally included ercp and eus.

The congress begins with the popular endo-update lectures as well as interesting and extraordinary cases and exciting "endo-active" workshops.

Under the direction of expert faculty, this course is designed to improve endoscopic practice through live case presentations, video and hands-on demonstrations, educational lectures including audience interaction and questions, and hands-on training using animal tissue models.

The University of Florida has organized a two day Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD) training workshop that is designed to facilitate the introduction and expansion of ESD in the US.
